- Local Calculations: All information you input into the invoice generator (such as client names, business addresses, pricing lines, and tax calculations) is computed locally. Nothing is ever sent to our servers.
- Image Handling: When you upload a corporate logo file, the image is parsed locally in your browser memory as a Base64 encoded string. The image remains inside your local cache and is never stored on an external cloud storage device.
- Browser Cache: We utilize temporary local storage to cache your current form progress so you don't lose your work if you refresh the browser page. You can clear this data at any time by resetting the form or clearing your browser cookies.

- Tax Accuracy: Tax rules and compound calculations vary widely across individual municipal and state jurisdictions. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify that their calculated tax columns (GST, VAT, Sales Tax) align with their local legal legislation.
- Financial Transactions: Flow Bill does not handle, process, or route financial payments. We provide PDF document blueprints. Any billing disputes, transaction terms, or payment transfers are managed solely between you and your clients.
